My Early Career
Marlboro Challenge - Brands Hatch;
Jim Russell International Racing Drivers' School;
Formed Tim Lawrence Race Engineering - Formula Ford 1600 racing team running Reynard and Van Diemen cars:
- Budget preparation;
- Sponsorship co-ordination/support;
- Race vehicle preparation and maintenance;
- Engineering development;
- Team management/logistics.

1989 - 1990

1995 - 1996
Sponsorship location in British Superbike Championship and FIM Motorcycle Grands Prix.

1996

1997
Caterham Vauxhall Championship;
Achieved FIA International Grade C licence.

1998
Marcos LM500 GT2 - Privilege GT Series test.

2001
Achieved FIA International Grade B licence;

- Achieved EngTech registration by Engineering Council UK
- Elected to membership of the Institute of Measurement & Control (MInstMC)

2006
- Reformed Tim Lawrence Race Engineering to contest the 2006 TBS Curborough Sprint Championship in a Lotus Exige.
Despite missing the first two rounds of the Championship, the end-of-season tally was:
1st in Class
10th Overall including class win in the Graham Hill Memorial Trophy Meeting
Best Novice
- Lotus Exige/Ohlins suspension testing (reporting to Lotus Engineering)

2007/2008
- Started working for myself: Consultancy in process instrumentation, specialising in dissolved gases, service, repair & calibration.
